Planet Asia & DJ Concept Keep The Spirit Of Sean Price Alive In “The Festival”

Planet Asia & DJ Concept release a posthumous verse from the fallen Boot Camp clik rapper.

Sean Price and his humble persona will continue to live on through his timeless music, but a brand-new verse from the Brownsville native is always a refreshing reminder of his extraordinary, lyrical wordplay. Planet Asia and DJ Concept leaked the second track off their upcoming project Seventy Nine, which opens with an unheard verse from the Duck Down Records MC.

“Ni**as said they ready to rob but they’re car in park/ Bullsh*ttin’/ Never excellin’, sellin’ wolf tickets,” rhymes Ruck.

Planet Asia follows-up with his own verse followed by DJ Devastate, who uses his turntables to blends Asia’s bars with samples of Defari and the Alkaholiks. “The Festival” comes weeks before the release of Planet Asia and DJ Concept’s joint album Seventy Nine, which drops Mar. 25.

In honor of Price’s upcoming birthday (Mar 17), turn up to “The Festival.” Rest in peace, P!
