2 Chainz, DJ Drama, OG Maco, & More React To The Death Of Bankroll Fresh


The hip-hop community in Atlanta reacts to Bankroll Fresh’s untimely death.

Rising Street Exec signee Bankroll Fresh was shot and killed outside of Street Execs studio in Atlanta. According to 11Alive, Atlanta police responded to shots fired at 11 p.m. last night (Mar. 4) The rapper, born Trentavious White, was found with multiple gun shot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. He was only 28.

After debuting in 2006, Bankroll Fresh’s career reached new heights after the success of his 2014 mixtape Life Of A Hot Boy, which features the Cassius Jay produced single “Hot Boy.”
Last year, Fresh dropped off mixtapes like Life of a Hotboy 2: Real Trapper and recent self-titled project.

Police found 50 shell casings outside the studio, yet fortunately no one else was hit or injured in the shooting. As the investigation to find his killer begins, rappers like his mentor 2 Chainz, T.I., Timbaland, DJ Drama, OG Maco, Skooly and plenty more paid homage to the untimely death of fallen, young rapper on social media.
