Kanye West delivered an extended rant during his acceptance speech for the Vanguard Award at the MTV VMA’s last night. After admitting he “rolled one up” beforehand, West announced his alleged presidential run in 2020. While some may have been left dumbfounded, others like myself and other Ye stans out there saw this coming long ago.
Yeezus haters are probably feeling the way Democrats, select members of the GOP and the Latin populous felt when Republican frontrunner Donald Trump announced his presidency a few months ago. Although he isn’t bigoted like Trump, West is a rich, highly publicized celebrity who isn’t willing to live his life by being “politically correct” and will make a spectacle of slandering his opponents.
